Nothing But Flowers

My neighbor’s Agapanthus. Do you know what it’s like to plant something and watch it bloom? I see what other people plant as a gift - a gift to them, a gift to creatures, a gift to the world. It’s evidence of “tending”, evidence of care. And nature is spectacular. The patterns, the shapes, and the colors are unbelievably gorgeous.
